The best first exercise plan should be cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This kind of jobs can helps burn more calories and increase your muscle to fat ratio that will increase the metabolism and either gain or lose your weight. To get better result you should do it gradually. Doing it too much for the first time can make injury in your muscle. Stay focusing on certain portion in the body can make improvement. A good example is just going to the gym and then doing some exercise more often in a specific area.But you must realize beauty is not only about having big muscles which is what people can see. It is also about enhancing the inner beauty within.
Here are some tips you can do everyday to stay healthy inside and outside;
• Reading some usefull books and other reading material more often in a day keeps your mind sharp.
• don’t do anything that can produces stress.
• avoid alcohol and smoking
• exercise 10 minute per day
