I have always been about 118 lbs my whole life being a ballet dancer and then I had my sweet little girl. She is 4 now and I still havent been able to shed that last amount of weight even though I dance still. I was 130 lbs and 5′3″. But I wasnt eating very well. I took this product for a month. I also was eating right and working out 5 days a week for and hour or more. I lost 8 lbs! I was so excited! So I decided to go off it because I was happy with my results. I have always had a healthy record. I have never smoked, I drink rarely, no illegal items ever either. Two weeks after I stopped I started having weird heart spasms and breathing trouble sometimes. I dont know what it is specifically yet. I have had it for about 2 months now. Its very irregular. So I strongly dont recommend this product. It took me from perfectly healthy to having health probs.

I am a 230lb. male and I have been taking MiracleBurn for 6 weeks. I did not really notice any increase in energy, however, some loss in appetite. I have lost about 5 pounds so I believe it has worked, however, given the price, I don’t feel it is worth the money. I do not get much exercise. Maybe a brisk walk 1-2 times per week. Given the wide range of reviews this product gets, I think it works for some but not for others. If you are an overweight male who isn’t making time for much exercise, this product is not likely going to help you lose weight.

I read the hyped reviews on another diet site. With all the raving, I decided to get the 1 week trial, and thank goodness for that!
This product does NOTHING at all! It did NOT curb my appetite, it did NOT help me lose weight – they might as well put M&M’s in a capsule – this worked as much as M&M’s would work for weight loss.
Try this product instead SmartBurn with Hoodia, Iovate Rapid Weight Loss For Women, 100cI’ve been taking it and it really does curb my appetite with NO jittery feelings.
After buying this product, I seriously wonder if the people who MAKE the product create these so called diet review web sites that compare one product over another.
I feel the Amazon customer reviews are much more accurate.

I tried MircleBurn for 30 days and saw no weight loss at all. There was no increased energy or appetite suppressing. A complete waste of my time and money.
Just stick to exercise and a healthy diet.
